How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made by contacting us through WhatsApp, email, or our website booking form. Our team will confirm availability, provide the trip details, and send payment instructions.
When is my booking confirmed?
Bookings are only confirmed after full payment has been received. No reservation or slot will be guaranteed until payment is successfully completed.
What happens if I arrive late or miss the boat?
Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Unfortunately, if a guest arrives late and misses the departure, the trip may be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Why are there different prices for Malaysians and foreigners?
The price difference between Malaysian citizens and foreign visitors follows the fee structure set by the Marine Park Department. Many marine parks and protected areas in Malaysia apply different rates for locals and international visitors as part of their conservation and tourism management policies.
Our company follows the official regulations and permit fees required by the Marine Park Department, and the pricing reflects these guidelines. This policy is applied across operators visiting the marine park and is not intended as discrimination, but part of the standard management of protected marine areas.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety is our priority. If sea conditions are unsafe, trips may be rescheduled or refunded.
What should I bring for the trip?
We recommend bringing the following items for your comfort during the trip:
Towel
Swimwear / bathing suit
Sun lotion or sunscreen
Light rain jacket or windbreaker
Reusable water bottle (1–2 liters) to support our green and environmentally friendly practices
Please avoid bringing excessive cash or valuable items such as jewelry, as the boat environment is wet and we cannot guarantee the safety of personal valuables.
